What is happening to Una's eggs?

Hi all

I am new to keeping those wonderful creatures and recently got myself 4 POL (hybrid) hens. Everything went really well and they all started laying in the last month. Then Una laid an egg without a shell yesterday! I did some reading and found this might not be anything to worry about as it apparently happens with hybrids every now and then.

This morning, however, Una looked like she was feeling a bit off, wouldn't move/interact a lot and then this happened (!!!):



Is this something to worry about? I'd appreciateyour help!

Oooo that doesn't look good.
Is she feeling better after passing that?
Could a fluke...or signs of infection.
Keep a close eye on her.

I am really not sure what it is. She seems better, but hasn't layed an egg since.
