My little Old English Game Bantam Rooster displays a funny side shuffle sometimes when he is around the hens. What is he saying? I'm not sure if he's trying to impress them or intimidate them... but it's comical fersure!
    thanks![IMG]

Quote:Yup, he's saying he wants to mate the hen. So much nicer when a roo "asks" like this, rather than just grabbing and jumping on; I hope this means you have a generally good roo!

Kinda reminds me of something that Curly from the 3 Stooges would do.....HA! I guess size really doesn't matter---he's the only Bantam in the bunch. [IMG]
    thanks folks for the insight!

[IMG] it does sort of look like a Three Stooges move! I hadn't made that connection!

Yup, both my roos, a bantam and a standard, do the seduction dance. "OOoooo... babeee... look at my fancy moves I make for you...." (French accent works well here.)
