What is he?

I took this 11-week old cockerel with a group of pullets that I purchased recently. He was headed for the chopping block and I'm a softie, what can I say? Any guesses on his heritage?

He's a mutt. A super cute mutt that should be king of the harem and live fat and happy!

He came from a hatchery (I don't know which one) as part of an order of Ameraucanas.

We know he's not an Ameraucana but I'm thinking he's a mutt of the EE variety.

He is an EE. that is very typical EE roo coloring, he has a pea comb as well. He's a pretty boy, good of you to save him.
