My 19 week old EE laid her first little blue egg and then she laid one every morning for the next 3 days. But now 2 days have gone by with out an egg and I'm wondering if this is normal.

Yes, that's normal, especially when she's first starting out.

My EE laid four or five times a week for a year. Then she stopped laying except for a few "wind eggs". We discovered she had a condition called "internal laying" which meant the eggs were still being produced but were staying inside her body. Many chickens die from this and the subsequent "egg yolk" peritonitis infection but we were lucky to get her to the vet in time for intervention and so far she is doing okay.

Right now I doubt you have to worry about that, though, just enjoy the pretty blue eggs whenever they come!

After 4 days of laying pullet eggs she took a 2 day break then laid a medium sized egg
