    For quantity I would say Leghorn. If you want large quantity and don't mind hybrids I would say most any red sex-link.

    For quantity i say white leghorns! My second best egg layers were buff orpingtons. Layed all winter too. Even better layers than my two sex links. Sex links had a lot of irregular eggs... small to xtra jumbo. Double yokes, and no shell. And trouble laying their eggs.
    Leghorns are my favorite layers tho. Large white eggs every single day.
