[IMG] I have several breeds here plus red bourbon turkeys. This fellow was hatched under one of our little bantam hens. Typical, the other hens will lay their eggs under them to allow them to raise them. Here is the situation, this little well BIG fellow is naked. Has anyone ever seen, had or heard of this????

It could be a frizzle crossed with a frizzle. They are fairly naked. You need to knit it a sweater in the winter and possibly some sun protection for te summer

This little guy is BUCK wild. More so than any other chick I have handled. He wants NO part of you even touching him.... That could be interesting when he gets older..

Ack! I've heard that the featherless mutation can crop up once in a while, but that's just crazy! [IMG]

Poor little guy, I hope he calms down enough for sweaters.

I have some frizzle cochins and they run about twice as fast as the regular feathered ones. Is it possible to be a frizzle cross?

I will place him with a few hens next year and see what he produces. It maybe interesting. I will say he does not process or think like some of the others we have, mostly a reaction response.
