What is the care for a 2 week old ring neck dove

So I’m getting a ring neck dove at two weeks I have the cage heat lamp and I’m at home all day so I was wondering what do I need besides that will it eat formula still with a syringe I’m asking because the person is willing to hold on to it longer in just trying to make sure before I say yes anyone have experience with dealing with two week olds

Why are you getting it that young? Even when parent raised they bond extremely quickly especially if its the only bird. By nature they are extremely docile.
I would have them hold onto it until it was grown, if I were you. 4 weeks would be a lot better.
