His breast is a beautiful grey. I was told he is a partridge chanticleer?
Wow, he's stunning! Not sure of breed, but his color looks to be Blue-Red (that's an actual chicken color, not just a description ).

I'd guess some sort of game bird, like an OEG. Very pretty!
I have white chanticlers and those long yellow legs are very breed typical, but the comb should be more of a pea comb, and he should have a dark chest, not grey. Your rooster is likely part partridge chanticler, part something blue. I have a roo with long yellow legs, cheek tufts and a beard, his mom got under the fence from the ameracauna run to the chanticler run. We call those 'Barnyard Classics' and sometimes wish our chickens could talk so we could figure out what they got up to.
