What is this little guy?!

    So yesterday my cousin gave me the tiniest little rooster I've ever seen. My cousins neighbor has a flock of free range chickens and decided he didn't want to fool with them anymore and said if my cousin could catch them, he could have them.     He's a she?! That's great news! She's such a cute little chicken and so calm. There is another one like her running around at my cousin's. I'm going to see if he can catch it for me.
