What is this on my chickens face??

What is this?? It looks like eggs of some sort ….?! I am new to chickens so I have no clue what this is and what a treatment would be, being so close to her eyes

Is it attached or can it be brushed off. It's even on top of her beak - almost like she got into something.

Kind of reminds me of stick tight fleas. If they are some sort of bug I would treat her. This would probably be your best option. Good luck...

I tried getting it off with a Q tip and they aren’t coming off

Looks like louse eggs. Check around vent (especially right beneath) for egg clusters stuck to the base of feather shafts.

Agreed, first thing I thought of was lice.
