from the color on the legs of the Barred rocks they look like hatchery chickens. so maybe the other one is an mix somehow. Just guessing.
It has the coloring of a welsummer or brown leghorn, but since its ears seem to be white, I'd say it's a Brown Leghorn.
I'm gonna say brown leghorn. Not enough orange in chest for welsummer. This is a pic of my welsummer at 10 weeks
