what is wrong with foot?

What is wrong with her feet? today I went in to coop and she was standing on one leg, the left.
Her legs are red all the way up to her body.
Can anyone help and if so, how do I treat it.

Are you sure something is wrong? I have some young Giants around 5 months old that over night got red lines but its just the breed I have. I see lots of birds with red on the legs. I may be wrong but hope its nothing.

no I think there is something wrong. I have never seen her stand on one foot. She was still on the roost this morning when all the other chicks were in the yard. Very unusal because she is the Queen, shi is usually the first one out. She is also 30 weeks old and not laying an egg, so I am wondering if her sore legs are contributing.
