She'd got black on her middle toe and her toenail is black.
Could something have fallen on her foot? If you can a better picture it may help people figure it out, because the black on the toe looks like dirt in the picture...
It does look like dirt, but I couldn't clean it off and she kept curling it up.
She has probably gotten her toe caught on something or under something, and her toenail may come off eventually. Her toe is swollen, and probably hurts. There's not much you can do for this, just make sure that she is getting to her food and water. She may limp some. My hen got a similar injury, always jumping over a 4 foot chain link fence. Her toenail never grew back after falling off, and her toe has remained a bit clubbed.
Could it be a skin infection?
