Please refer to the guidelines for emergencies and diseases and answer the questions as accurately as possible: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/have-an-emergency-disease-please-read-first.3569/

The more specific you can be, the more accurately we can help you. I can't even tell if that's a chicken or another fowl. However, a huge puffy chest looks a lot like a ruptured air sac, which aside from recognizing that, I do not know how to treat it.

Read about a ruptured air sac (air sacculitis) here:

Is there a way to get some photos of her standing up by herself?
Is she pooping? Can you get some photos of that too?

What do you normally feed her and does she have access to grit (rocks/crushed granite) for processing foods?
Also if you can provide your general location - state or country, that would helpful too.
Is the not walking a new symptom or has she been like that for a while?

I'm thinking you are seeing a bloated/fluid filled crop.
I would not give her raw meat at this time. I would make sure she's drinking water.

First thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat or drink, see if that swelling has reduced or if it's flat. If it's not flat, then read the article linked below. I would probably treat as sour and impacted crop, but let us know what the crop is like in the morning and get us some photos if possible.
