What is wrong with my chick's foot?

Please help! My 7 week old barnyard mix chick has something wrong with her foot and I have no idea what to do. It doesn't seem to bother her at all but this is my first year with chicks and I'm not sure what it is or how to treat it. She does not have feathered feet but she is an all black chicken and it almost looks like feathers are starting to grow out of her foot. The first picture is a regular picture of her foot and the 2nd is a close-up.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Looks like she had something feathered footed was in her ancestry. Or its a genetic glitch.

The feathers growing on her foot don't bother me at all, however is the white part that's sticking up anything to be concerned about? That's actually what I was questioning more so than the feathers. Thanks!
