What is wrong with my Silkie?

I have 11 pullets. 8 are laying, including my black Silkie. Everyone seems perfectly healthy except my Silkie. What is going on with her head feathers. (sorry if my terminology isn't great, I'm new to chickens) she use to have fluffy feathers that covered her eyes, now this (see picture). Before this her feathers in this area looked greasy and dirty for about a week. Thank you for your help.
