What kind am I?

I think this is a cochin, has feathered feet maybe a bantam?
I got it from someone who said it is 2 months old but didnt know what kind they bought.
I know pictures arent that great, it didn't get handled much so it is very skidish and won't let me get very close without taking off.

Thanks, it seems a little smaller than the other one it came with that is why I am guessing it is a bantam. Do they come in that color in the regular size? and do the hens have the long tail feathers or is it just the males?
