What kind are these?

    I can't figure out what kind of ducks these are, the lady claimed they were some sort of Buffs but I'm not sure. They're pretty large too, the males are 8-9 pounds and the females only a few pounds smaller.

    Thanks for the cute comment! I love them, they're pretty entertaining too. They've been so busy playing in their water that they haven't even bothered to check out the coop yet (since yesterday lol) Now the quest begins to find a kiddie pool for them until I can buy the pond I want next year [​IMG]

    You don't want a pond, because they will mess it up like you wont believe. I use only kiddie pools with ball valves I put in for drainage. They work great. I have a deep one with slide that has decks around it, and they love it and actually use the slide. It's deep enough for them to dive in.

    I didn't mean a big expensive one, lol. The one I'm looking at has drainage and isn't very fancy beyond being bigger [​IMG]
