Four weeks old, and now has their "proper" feathers, Red waddles and comb growth as well. what do y'all think they are? mainly trying to figure old what they'll look like when their older, but if y'all can determine gender too, that's appreciated as well!

That one is a bit puzzling. Where did you get it?

At first, I thought Old English Game Bantam, maybe Black Breasted Red color. But they are not supposed to have yellow legs. (Chickens certainly can have the wrong color legs for their breed, but right color is more common than wrong color.)

The white on the breast has me puzzled too, because I would expect black feathers on a male or salmon feathres on a female. Does it still have down on the breast instead of feathers?

So at present, I am stumped

It is certainly a cute chick, no matter what kind it turns out to be :)

They're what I presume is a old English game bantam variant, that I got from Orcheln, and yes the center of the chest is still mostly chick fluff haha. so far though, any feathers on the chest are black, and the tips/end feathers of their wings seem to be turning black as well. ultimately I know only time can tell, but I'm still curious of course 😂

If the breast feathers are black when they grow, it is probably an Old English Game Bantam cockerel, of the color called Black Breasted Red, and just has the wrong leg color.
