What kind of chick and male/female???

Hi everyone, I just got some chicks from a LFS and two were supposed to be black sex link pullets. One looks like a black sex link pullet chick from what I’ve researched but the other does not or is a male chick. I can’t have roosters so if he’s a male the sooner I can confirm the sooner I can start looking to find him a good home. I’ve attached pictures of the chick that im trying to figure out type and gender. Chicks are about a week old maybe slightly older. None have tail feathers coming in yet. Thank you!

It could be a black sex link cockerel, but those are not usually sold since the whole point of sex links is easily being able to tell the sexes apart at birth. More likely it is a barred rock and probably a pullet.
