Check out feathersite.
They also have those tufts, but some offspring can be born without them and have a clean face.

I don't think so. At first I thought so, but she's been here a month and still has just a tiny, fluffy but not normal rear. Maybe she just has really short tail feathers?
aracaunas are missing their last vertabrae that's what makes them rumpless. Is it rumpless totally or does it have a nubbin? What else does it look like?

I have several websites about them, but they are all in German(since that is my native tongue and I couldn't find anything about them in English).
Oh, and some other rumpless breeds that I have found on german chicken groups are;
She looks lighter than a RIR and darker than a red star. Black in the wings when open only and none in the rump. About 4 -5 pounds, thin build, yellow legs. She lays well, but a smaller, but still round light brown egg, maybe a grocery store medium. I don't think she is rumpless, I'll have to get a pic today.
