What kind of chicken is this?

Can anyone tell me what breed of chicken this is? Was told it's approximately 4-5 mo. Has feathers on feet.

Thanks so much, I suspected as much. I know nothing about them and was sold this pair as a purebred Millie Fleur set, being informed that she had the dark coloring.. upon searching things weren't matching up. I'll include a pic of the set. They are cute, and the roo looks purebred!
