What kind of chicken is this??

This little guy is different from all the others. I got all of my chicks from TSC, and this one was in a brooder of mixed chicks. I just thought he was cute. lol Anyway, can't figure out what kind of chicken he is though. I have had them all for about two weeks, and while the others have almost doubled in size, he has not. He has grown some, but not that much. :/

Was he smaller than the others to begin with? If so he is likely a silver sebright, as they are bantams.

He was part of a "new" batch, according to the guy at TSC. I just assumed they were younger, but all the chicks in that brooder looked like that. Thanks!!

It sure does look like that! They are so pretty! I wonder if it's a rooster or hen??
