    The Jubilee Cochin is also called a Mille Fleur pattern. Agree on the breeds with the other folks. I do think you have a Delaware pullet and not a Columbian Rock since I see barred hackles and not solid black ones.

    ETA: upon closer look, her hackles are not technically barred, more streaky, however, she still appears to be a typical hatchery Delaware. They tend not to have the best coloring.
