It is a pretty bad picture. Kinda looks like Strawberry according to this list:

It looks like it has one yellow and one black foot in the pic!

Out of curiousity, how could you tell it was a silky mix? Also, are his feet really different colors or is that just a bad pic?

Silkies have a distinct set of characteristics besides the silkie feathers. Crest, beards (sometimes), feathered legs, black skin, walnut combs, five toes. Those traits are all dominant or incomplete dominant, so they carry through to the offspring clearly.

I don't think the yellow in the pic is the bird's leg, it's something in the yard.
