If he's not a Brahma, what is he? What breeds have this comb?

A cross breed or mutt, Brahmas should have a rose comb that is a single comb

NO! I KNOW WHAT IT IS!

for example, my silkie has a single comb when its supposed to have a tumor like comb.

i think its the same prospect.

becuase your chicken to me i think is DEFINATELY a brahma. probably has just a foreign comb to the breed like my silkie

    He's a Brahma and that's called a pea-comb.

Hes a Light Brahma. But the comb is wrong. It looks like he has a single comb morphed with a pea comb. A pea comb shouldnt look like that.
(I had a sebright rooster hatch with a rose comb morphed with a single comb)

Here is how the comb should look.

No, Brahma's should have a PEA comb not a rosecomb. And like Sundown said, that looks like a morphed comb.

It looks like a cochin-brahma mix. Weird that it has such a tall
    "pea comb".
