They were both in the same batch when purchased.
Where did you get them? Ideal poultry sells Blue and Black Swedish as one. If there is a white bib under the black ones chin he could be a Black Swedish.

So Garfunkle, the blue duck, may be the female. She definitely says quack. But it sounds raspy to me. Simon, the black one, just constantly mumbles but no quack. Is there any other way to sex them? Does anyone know how they do in cold weather?
Don't know how they do in the cold, but I've heard Swedish are better in the cold than many breeds.
Yes, there is another way to sex them. Drakes will get their curly drake feather eventually. Yours may be too young for that, though.
Grab them by the tail, they will let their true voice be known then
I did get an earfull when i encouraged them to help me make these.
Pretty sure Garfunkel is female and Simon is male.
