What kind of fur pattern is this called

mother was a tortoiseshell and her dad was eather an orange tabby or a tuxido cat(owner of parrents wasnt sure because they both mounted the mom this is a female cat, her tail is ringed and she does have some calico splotches alsong with her stripes, her paws are a pink beige. thanks Smokie.png
 
Her pattern is called a "torbie" -- combination of tortoiseshell and tabby. She's a dilute torbie to be exact, since her colors (gray tabby and pale ginger) are diluted versions of the typical torbie colors (black tabby and regular ginger).

On the tortie vs. calico subject: typically you would say a cat is calico or a tortoiseshell-and-white. Calico tends to be over 50% white and have large patches of color with clearly defined breaks, and tortoiseshell cats tend to have more brindled markings in their color, with less than 50% white.
