What kind of light bulb to use to replace the one in my "chick-bator"

    I mean the little yellow one

    my light bulb in that one keeps turning off when you even touch the cable [​IMG]

    Sounds more like a wiring problem than a bulb issue. When a bulb goes it goes. You probably have a break somewhere in the line.

    It doesnt completely go out...it flickers and then goes out and then if i move the cable it turns back on

    Yes, you have either: 1) a loose wire, 2) an almost completely severed wire, or 3) a short (which means two wires are touching each other). Check the wires and connectors (with the bator unplugged) or find someone who knows a bit about electricity and have them check it. Your bulb is good, or it would not turn on at all.
