What kind of Muscovy is my girl?

Are you sure it's a purebred Muscovy?

She is a Chocolate Bibbed. Her legs in one picture seem thick (males). Could you get a picture of her legs and feet? Try to get your hand in the picture as a comparison. Also is her wings tips to her tail tips? Males tip of wings only go to the beginning of the tail.
The rippled affect others are seeing is normal plumage.
As for her age, she looks around 4-5 months old. Female Muscovy's start to lay when they start getting their caruncles around their eyes (6-7 months). Males grow their caruncles around their bill then works its way to the eyes.

I will get a picture of her feet. We think she is female because she trills constantly. We also have another male and female Muscovy and she loves the female. Maybe she is male but I hope she’s female!

No, I’m not sure. But I think she is. She sure does act like a Muscovy.

If it's any consolation, I see a young, female muscovy duck too. The trilling pretty much seals the deal. Usually, by that molt, my drakes have lost their voice and are huffing already.
