What kind of of chicken is this, and what is his/her gender

I have been trying to do some research for a while, and closes kind of chicken I got was a cream legbar, also I cant really tell what sex is it, it might be a rooster, but I haven't seen it crow yet, and Charlie, (yes that is my chickens name) is around 5 months, I got Charlie since a baby, and my chickens haven't attacked me yet, and they're quite nice.
also this is the best photo I can get, since they are shy.
So is it a rooster or hen, and what kind of chicken breed is it?

What makes me think so is the yellow legs, white earlobes, and crest. However, I am not great with breeds, so I wouldnt bet on it being a CCLB
