    I,m no expert but it looks like Cameo to me.

    From the pic it looks like a cameo hen with new feathers that will fade as the year goes on and if your in a hot climate the sun will fade cameos like no other. India blue hens have naturally green necks and in different color varieties the green ranges from light to dark and some will display no green at all,[​IMG].

    Since you said it has green then she should be purple not cameo.
