    :] well we introduced another punch of silkies to our little farm! we got 3 whites (Sadly on of them died to the heat) and one unknown silkie :] she or he is the cutest little thing at first i was thinking partridge but now im thinking splash? oh and i would love help picking a name :] her is a picture.[​IMG]

    I dont know, but she is cute.
    I got my first batch this spring, but only one made it. I thought she was going to be blue, but she looks black to me.

    So I just got 4 more who are suppose to be white, splash and trying for one splash.

    just so hard to tell until they feather out.

    From the first pic, appears to maybe be a gray. Has some whitish coloring on the chest. The last pic, is showing a yellowish cast, so I can't really tell.

    :] yeah right now we have 2 whites (had 3) 2 Blues (had 3). i really love silkies defiantly my favorite breed.:] im sorry that only one survived :\\ i have not hatched any myself yet!!!!.

    Sorry!!!! ill get a better picture in the morning the sun was setting and that was the only source off lighting....... it's really strange she has the splash markings on her neck but partridge coloring all around and some redish brown on chin :]
