what kind of top-hat is this? lots of pics. please help

i lost my top-hat rooster yesterday to a fox. i am looking to replace him because he was so beautiful and made beautiful babies. i have looked on the hatchery web sites and can not identify his color pattern. can you please help me?

With those big ol' wattles, I'd say non-bearded (Polish come with beards or without). He looks to have a white crest. You commonly see the White Crested Black Polish, and a little less frequently the White Crested Blue. I don't know that anyone would call him a White Crested Splash, but that is sort of what his pattern does. I'm thinking that the White Crested Blue is probably as close as you will get as far as pictures on the hatchery websites.

You'll have to purchase some White Crested Blues. The blue gene in chickens produces blue, splash, and black.

the mother to the one pure chick was a buff bearded top-hat. she was also taken by the fox.

thank you for the compliment. he was beautiful and gentle. he looked after his ladies well. he gave his life for his last two ladies. i had him about 2 years.

He's a white crested blue polish, he's just not very blue. The blue coloring created black, blue and splash.

Cackle Hatchery is the only one that I've found that sell them. You can get them also by breeding Blue Polsih to Blue Polish.
