I think that's an older 15** model, but not a 1502. The 1502 had closer tray spacing with a hatching tray at the bottom. I believe yours was called the pro model with the three wider spaced trays allowing for a greater turning angle. It has an electronic t-stat with a wafer backup. If I could find one of my old hard copy catalogs I could come up with the

Looks like a hatcher, don't see where it has a turner from the photo.
Can be used as a regular inc just have to hand turn
and if ya set lots of eggs like i do a turner is a must for a good hatch.
Great machine and parts are easy to find when needed,
i have 2 GOF incubators and 1 hatcher i highly recomend them.
