I believe that male Red Sex Links are light colored and female are Red....
They are a color sexing breed.

Looks like a hen to me. The comb by that stage should atlease be showing red'ness.

I'm going with male, it's too big for 3 weeks for female for me. I have 5 and 6 week old Golden sexlink pullets out side and they aren't that big, but the 4 week old male does.
