Golden Sebright. Too young to sex for sure, but looks like a pullet so far.

Maybe a Black Australorp. Too young to tell gender, but there are no obvious rooster traits.
Not sure on breed, but looks like a cockerel.

Looks like a Buff Brahma, or possibly a Buff Columbian Cochin depending on comb type.
