What sex and breed do you guys think ??

little chick is about 5 weeks old. no idea on breed or sex as this is our first time.

Couldn't really say 100% without knowing the breed, but a comb that tall and red at 5 weeks seems to point to cockerel to me, as well as the slow tail feather development, though the legs do look pretty delicate.
