What sex are these two mixes?

    Got these 2 barnyard mixes from a farmers market sell. They told me hens, but I'm not so sure. Please help.

    Well, they look like their probably young roosters, but it's hard to tell and they could be older hens. [​IMG] Maybe someone else will know. [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    The tail on the lower (in the pic) bird looks hennish to me. Any pointy saddle feathers draping down beside the tail?? What about the feathers around the neck area - rounded/blunt or pointy??? Close up pics of both areas would help a lot...
