What Sex+Breed are these chicks?

New chicks received from a retired flock owner. Any one know the sex or breed?
The second chick is about half the size of the first. I believe they are close in age. Possible roo? Both have feathered feet!

The first one is a dark brahma, female
The second one seems like a black (if it's I don't know sex, it's too young) or maybe a dark brahma cockerel. I think it's a week or two younger than the first one.

I suspected possible cockerel as well! Do you think cochin could be on the table? They have been growing MUCH slower than the others. Along with my barred chick I have a buff orph chick about the same size. I'm feeding stockyard flock raiser with added oats and grain as well as probiotic/electrolyte water (Sav-a-Chick)

The first one has a pea comb, so it's a Brahma.
The other one I can't see well, I thought it's a pea comb as well, but if it's a simple comb it's a cochin

I've heard that cochin are slow feathering birds, could that be the case with tiny here?

Thank you. I confirm the first ons. The second one is a single comb, so it's probably a black cochin

Sorry, I never raised Cochins before, so I don't know how slow they feather out in comparison to brahmas
