What sex is my Orpington?

Hi, I have 3 x 14 week old black Orpingtons. I believe all 3 are boys, especially as they starting to get a bit scrappy. Can anyone help with sexing them? Its the first time I have had them so want to make sure. They are starting to get long neck feathers and combs are fairly big already for their age?? Have posted few photos. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

When I look at images for hens, they look quite rooster like hence why im bit confused. They do puff up their necks a lot and are scrapping a lot between themselves, and some of the hens!

you can tell by his hackle feathers hens have roundish hackle feathers and roosters have pointy hackle feathers also his tail feathers look roosterish
