What sex is our Silkie chicken friend?

Hi! My husband and I are new to this and have a ~14 wk old Silkie chicken. We thought s/he was a female but found out recently that the place we bought her from doesn’t doesn’t actually sex their silkies. We can’t have a rooster so could use some help sexing her/him.

I think I heard her crow a few days ago, but didn’t get outside fast enough to confirm for sure and haven’t heard any crowing since.

Here are some pictures. Thoughts?

He looks like a cockerel. What looks like streamers (the short kind), and a big comb. Of course Since Silkies are hard to sex you won’t know for sure until he lays or crows.
