This is our Polish chicken its about 6 months old now shes one of 3 chickens all together and is the only one of her breed.
It has recently just started making funny noises a bit like a cockerel but not fully it only dose it in the morning and then maybe every so often up in till afternoon and is quiet for the rest of the day.
shes very moody now though and pecks hands, feet and jumps up at you.

she was getting picked on by the other birds when we did have a cockerel they where pecking out its back tail feathers but that cockerel has gone now so they are growing back that's why they might look a bit funny.

X2 he is a cockerel. Lovely bird. His crowing should develop more soon. I have just recently rehomed two of my polish cockerels and one of them sounded like they were having their neck rung as it crowed :frow
