What should I be doing for this? Anything?

I have two BB white turkeys. I'm pretty sure at this point they're both Tom's but they're only 12 weeks old so it's hard to tell.
They've been fighting and one of them now has a sore on his chest. It seems to be healing okay, but is there anything I need to be doing for him to help out? Should I separate them or will they fifht it out? Thanks!

Are you sure it's just a sore? It kind of looks like there is an actual hole in the crop?

Is it on the keel or breast bone? It might be a breast blister from a rough roost or from roosting on the ground where it may be damp. I would clean it with Betadine or Chlorhexidene and apply plain Neosporin ointment twice daily. Here is a picture of others:

I see what you're saying but I don't think that's what it is! He seems to be eating, drinking and popping normal I hope that's not what it is. If so, how do I handle it? I will take a better look in the morning

OOF!! I'm gonna take a closer look tomorrow. I just assumed it was from them fighting because they've been fighting so much ‍
