What temp/C Should i have for ducklings in the brooder

90 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit is the common recommendation.
That would be 32 to 35 degrees Celsius.

That temperature should be in only part of the brooder. The rest of the space should be cooler, so the ducklings have a choice of temperature. They will move back and forth to find the temperature that is perfect for them at each time (they usually want to sleep at a different temperature than what they want for running and playing.)

For the cool part of the brooder, I would try to keep it below about 25C. Colder is fine too, even as low as almost 0C (almost to the point where water freezes into ice.) As long as they have one warm space, it is good for them to go play in cooler areas. They just come back to warm up when they need to.
