I just noticed last night, I feel so bad. Is it from the roosters? I put wound spray on her. She peck really hard at me and she usually doesn’t that. She bites light. It probably hurting her. I feel so bad. What cause of it so I can figure out what to do. I tried google it but is so hard trying to find an answers to what it is. Also don’t mind her dirty back. I already know I have to clean wound and then spray it. She loves her dirt baths.

It looks like scabbing, which could be from the rooster. If it is, then you might have other hens with scabs too. You can put a saddle (aka hen apron) on her back to protect her, and the rooster's spurs and possibly nails might need to be trimmed. Where is she in the pecking order? I'm doubting this is the case, but is any hens bullying her and pecking her there?

Oh ok. I will get one and I will trim roosters nails. She is third to last in pecking order. The hens only peck her on top head but there was few times they peck her in back by other hens.

my hen got cut. Does need stitches or will it heal. I going spray her with poultry care. One of my guinea hen were on top chicken house and decide fly down but landed on top of my hen.

Does not need stitches. Spray it clean with sterile saline solution then blot it dry and coat it with plain triple antibiotic ointment that does NOT have pain reliever in it. You might trim feathers around the wound so you can see it better. Do this twice a day until it heals. Do not cover the wound but keep her away from the other chickens so they can't peck her. Do you have a dog crate? If so you could put her in that so she can see and hear the other chickens but be safe. In the crate put food, water and grit and a board so she can perch.
