I got these from the nest box today. Three are completely normal and the fourth is about the size of a quail egg. I haven't cracked it to see if there is even a yolk, if there is I'm sure it's only the size of a nail-head.

Anyone ever had this happen? Should I be concerned?

Do you have pullets? I got one even smaller than that! It was about the size of a quarter! I have pullets at POL and also bantys at POL so it could be either of theirs :)

With pullets you can occasionally get a "fart egg" which looks about like what you have. Usually they have no yolk. This can happen especially in newer layers and is simply a process of getting all the kinks worked out of their egg laying system.
