What the heck was tractor supply selling?

Tuesday- tractor supply was completely out of chicks
Wednesday- the pullet bin had: Brahmas, black sex link, Easter eggers, Cornish cross hens, and golden sex links.

Nearly 90% of the black sex link "pullets" had white spots on their head.
I asked for 2 chicks with solid black heads.
This is what I was given.
Just wondering if they are the same breed?
Are they indeed sex link pullets? Are they EE? None of the above?
Both are clean legged. They both have slate legs with pink patches especially on their feet.

The one with the white is probably an austrolorp... the one that's more black could be another or a black jersey giant. What color are its foot bottoms?

The one with a lot of white has very pink feet bottoms.
The darker chick has greyish/yellow feet. I'll post a pic of that one

my goodness is tractor supply usually SO wrong? Is it just that hatcheries throw whatever black chicks they have in as the same breed to get them sold? I'm certainly not disappointed because I just knew that couldn't be right lol.

TSC sells chicks! That’s it leave it at that. Kinda like a hatchery choice. The thing I know TSC gets right is putting the ducks in the duck bin and chicks in the chick bin.

Haven’t you seen Craigslist come June-August with all the free roosters. Most listings say. “My She turned into a he”. Geeezzzz I wonder where they got the chicks.

True enough. I shall invite any extra males to dinner so it won't be a waste anyway. It's kind of fun not to know.
