What to do with bottle gourds.

Hello all, I’m looking for some great low carb bottle gourd recipes. I have 3 vines that are starting to give fruit. My husband initially wanted to grow them for juicing then changed his mind when he realized it could kill him if he eats the wrong one raw. The recipes I see online require a pressure cooker and mine is busy making black garlic (another of my husbands ideas) which takes at least 3 months. Indian dishes are a hit in this house and would love some ideas on what to do with these gourds.

Try a Google search on 'bottle gourds'. I didn't even realize that they are edible until I did so.
