Maybe try sugar in water I do believe that is simliar to electrolytes

1 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda

Use full strength on severely ailing chickens, otherwise mix into their drinking water as needed, a cup per gallon of water.

If you apply any antibiotic ointment make sure it is without the pain relief as chickens are sensitive to it.

Scrambled egg makes a great treat for an injured bird and it has everything their bodies need.

Photos of the injuries would help. We may be able to give you some ideas of how they happened.

From what you described it sounds like it could be rooster damage. Or possibly predator damage.
